Siren Kinetics and Health is a fitness business in Annapolis, MD, providing personal training and aquatic exercise classes. SKH’s services provide one-on-one or group training to participants at their homes, personal/community pools, recreation centers, local gyms, or at nearby parks and trails. The human body is unique and tough, and the only way to get it close to operating at full capacity is to stay fit. Alejandro chose the Siren to represent the company as a means to emphasize the fitness trainer’s expertise with pools and aquatic exercise. Whether you move more like a mermaid or manatee, the Siren, is meant to represent the human body’s connection to water. Let me join you in your fitness journey because we all know, “a body in motion stays in motion.”

Alejandro Butler

The founder and head trainer at Siren Kinetics and Health is Alejandro Butler. He is a certified personal trainer and aquatic fitness professional that has been a health and fitness coach in Maryland for ten years. Alejandro began teaching water aerobics classes in 2013, and he started personal training in 2015. The creation of SKH was initiated back in 2018, and he has been at work establishing a network around Anne Arundel County, MD. Alejandro was born in Silver Spring, and has degrees from Anne Arundel Community College (2015) and Towson University (2021).
Siren Kinetics and Health is the founder’s dream to provide health and wellness services for residents in Annapolis. It is Alejandro’s wish to become a premier fitness coach in Maryland, and to build SKH into a well-known provider of health and fitness programs for everyone. His workouts have been providing smiles and relief to residents around AA County for ten years now. Alejandro’s passion for health and fitness began at a young age, and he wishes to share his enthusiasm with you. SKH’s mission is to improve the lives and health of everyone and to spread the word, “water is life!”
